RENT is Jonathan Larson’s Pulitzer and Tony Award winning musical, and the seventh longest-running show in Broadway history. OYES has coordinated with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids organization for this event, to raise funds and join in an effort to spread awareness.
REVIEW BY Robert Townsend, Producer/Actor/Director
“As a filmmaker, I have worked with some of the top A-List talent in Hollywood, from Beyoncé to Halle Berry. When I went to see this production of Rent by the OYES Theatre I didn’t know what to expect, but then as I watched the production I felt like I was watching fine New York theatre. This production of Rent is well directed, well choreographed and it features a cast of future Broadway stars. If you want to get your theatre fix check out this production of Rent.”
